In a formal ceremony the Boskalis Hirdes “NINA Award 2013” was presented to employees during the company workshop on 06 February 2014.

To continue to promote the No Incidents No Accidents safety culture, the NINA Rewards & Recognition Program originally developed and implemented on the Gorgon project was introduced on the Ichthys LNG Onshore and GEP Projects in Darwin, January 2013.

Based on the NINA philosophy we motivate teams and employees to take initiatives that stimulate safety ownership and engagement. One of these initiatives are the Zero Accident Teams (ZAT).
